I’ve enjoyed some riveting professional chapters and now in 2024, I’m starting a new one. More accurately, an advanced version of the journey I’ve already been on.
As I’m sure you can see from my quick professional overview on the tab “About Me”, I have grown with each life chapter and that growth just makes my practice even stronger.
I am based now in California! I am thrilled that I can continue my psychotherapy practice because in the past I was required to leave the field when I left the state where I was licensed. Now I can continue to offer my East Coast clients online video and phone sessions so that the quality and continuity of care is maintained.
In the meantime, I continue to provide life coaching for adult clients nationwide and, on rare occasions, also internationally to English-speaking clients. For clients that don’t have a medical diagnosis but do have life goals they want to collaborate on, our team work is dynamic!
As the psychotherapy practice and the coaching practice grow, I am open to feedback and suggestions. I get better every year. And I help you do the same. Having a thought partner (with years of experience in business and with psychological hacks) can make achieving success toward your personal goals smoother and easier.
