About Me

Therapy for High-Performing Adults, 60+ Hour Professionals & People Ready for Meaningful Change. Read fulL narrative: HERE

My Approach

Therapy offers a powerful collaboration. Since 2000, I’ve guided people through the full spectrum of human experience—pain, transition, resilience, and growth. I specialize in working with high-performing adults who hold immense responsibility, often work 60+ hour weeks, and rarely have space to process their own needs.

My clients are often the “strong ones” in their families or workplaces—the ones others rely on. Therapy becomes the place where you can finally put things down, reflect with clarity, and reconnect with who you are beneath the pace, pressure, and expectations.

Core Focus Areas:

  • High-pressure careers & leadership stress

  • Burnout & chronic overwork

  • Trauma and post-traumatic growth

  • Major life transitions

  • Identity development, authenticity & self-trust

  • Mindfulness-based stress reduction

  • Emotional regulation for high-responsibility roles

What I Believe

I believe people are naturally resilient and capable of profound change. Trauma—whether acute or accumulated—shapes us in different ways, and we all develop our own strategies to survive it.

In our work together, you will:

  • Learn to trust your internal compass

  • Understand your emotional patterns

  • Build tools to realign when life throws you off center

  • Strengthen self-awareness, authenticity, and balance

  • Gain the capacity to lead yourself with clarity and calm

My ultimate goal is that you eventually won’t need me. You become your own anchor.

Why High-Performing Professionals Work With Me

I understand the emotional reality behind high achievement. Many of my clients are:

  • Executives and founders

  • Physicians and healthcare professionals

  • Attorneys and finance professionals

  • Tech leaders and engineers

  • Creative professionals and entrepreneurs

They often struggle with:

  • High-functioning anxiety

  • Constant decision fatigue

  • Perfectionism and self-pressure

  • Boundary challenges

  • Loneliness despite success

  • Multi-role overload (career, caregiving, family)

I help clients ground themselves, create space, and return to a sense of balance and genuine connection.

Leadership Background & Executive Experience

Before private practice, I served as the Executive Director of Transition Living Services, overseeing housing and life-skills programs for youth transitioning into adulthood.

In this role I:

  • Led high-impact programs for vulnerable populations

  • Developed systems that addressed both individual and systemic barriers

  • Hired and trained high-performing teams

  • Built trauma-informed protocols

  • Balanced crisis management with long-term strategy

This experience deepened my understanding of leadership pressure, emotional bandwidth, and the toll of constant responsibility—insights that directly inform my work with today’s high-achievers.
