Therapy That Fits Your Life
Therapy should complement your life - not become one more stressor.
Book online, reschedule when needed, and make therapy work with your real life - not the other way around.
You can take the call in your office, at home or on a walk. Virtual care opens more ways for us to connect when you need it most. Many of my clients appreciate being able to step directly from therapy back into their everyday lives. Because therapy happens where life happens, you can immediately begin putting new insights into practice.
If you're someone who's spent years thinking, reading, analyzing, and trying to figure things out on your own, therapy offers something different: a place to turn insight into lasting change.
Our work together can help you:
✔ Stop second-guessing yourself.
✔ Feel calmer under pressure.
✔ Build emotional resilience without sacrificing ambition.
✔ Make decisions with greater confidence.
✔ Create lasting change instead of temporary relief.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I've been in therapy before?
Many of the people I work with have been in therapy before or have spent years reading books, listening to podcasts, and trying to figure things out on their own. Often, they don't need more information - they need a different way of working with themselves. Many of my clients tell me they gained valuable insight in previous therapy but still felt stuck. Our work focuses on helping you use that insight differently so it becomes part of how you live - not just something you understand.
Is online therapy as effective as in‑person therapy?
Yes. Research shows online therapy can be just as effective for many concerns, especially when you’re engaged and consistent.
What do I need for online sessions?
A private space, reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. For phone sessions, a private space.
Do you accept insurance?
I work exclusively with private‑pay clients, which allows for greater flexibility and confidentiality. Superbills are available. Complimentary out-of-network insurance claim submission is available to help you receive any reimbursement available through your insurance benefits.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust the frequency over time based on their goals and progress.
What if I'm not sure therapy is what I need?
That's exactly what the consultation is for. We'll talk about what's been bringing you here, answer your questions, and decide together whether therapy feels like the right next step. I’m looking forward to connecting with you!
