Pleasure to connect! It’s been a minute since I wrote a blog entry and what better way to start then at the foundation. Here’s a little about me and what I can bring to our collaboration.

I am a licensed psychotherapist and life coach, practicing in several states including California, New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Vermont. I am also the founder of the Central NJ Mental Health Professionals Network. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland (2000) and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

My professional focus includes psychotherapy, life coaching, and training in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and post-traumatic growth. I have been working in psychotherapy, case management, life skills, business management, and program management since 1994. I offer individual therapy sessions via encrypted video conferencing and phone sessions.

I am also an instructor and speaker on topics related to emotional intelligence and personal growth. I am passionate about neuroscience and existential questions that arise after major life chapters.

I am known for my practical, goal-oriented approach, helping my amazing clients achieve balance, self-awareness, and meaningful progress in their lives.
