Whatever you feel and think when you are hurting is a coping mechanism. Painful narratives may feel true but they are not.
In the depths of despair we slide back down to our core wounds. When we are doing ok/grounded, then we can challenge those hurtful and inaccurate beliefs.
Don't make the suffering worse by believing that you are any less worthy of being here than any other human being.
So many of us have been there. Everything feels hopeless. When you feel better, remind someone else. Let's take care of each other.
